WATSU ~ Freedom and support for the body and soul
WATSU is a surface technique where the practitioner utilizes the movement of Tai Chi together with the dynamics of water to open and free the body.
The receiver is passive and continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched in a slow flowing dance.
