• Aquatic therapy is available in addition to private therapy sessions or phone consultations. The Mission of Essential Healing is to provide innovative approaches to empower people to heal themselves.

• Flower, gem and essential oil extracts are used in psychotherapy to bring the natural dynamic energy directly into the human electro-system to create greater health and well-being.

• Because of their energetic and living qualities, they work directly and deeply in the emotional system assisting in the release of wounding and trauma. Over a period of time essences can produce deep and profound change in the psyche. They are safe, natural and non-toxic. and are not intended as a substitute for medical care.

Aura Infusions is a line of reputable, researched and effective plant and gem essence products. Aura infusions are fragrant sprays, which saturate the energy field. Each Aura Infusion is carefully formulated and harmonized to bring qualities and assistance to the individual in specific ways. Aquatic Therapy:

Aquatic Integrative psychotherapy is a water based method of healing and integrating the body, emotions and the spiritual self. Based on somatic psychology, this method works with the interfacing relationship between the client's thoughts, experiences and physiology. The opportunity to move and be moved in warm water brings about a mind-body integration, which helps people find their inner resources.

Sessions vary, depending on what the client is receiving therapy for, but support is always given to help clients feel more present in their body. The therapist often assists with gentle movements, stretching and massage. This allows for relaxation and the release of holding patterns that may be associated with tension, fears, depression, or the presence of shock or trauma imprints in the nervous system.

If and when the client is ready, he or she is gradually taken underwater in rhythm with the breath. Reminiscent of prenatal life, sounds are muffled and time stops. Movement and gravity become a slow motion dance of submergence and emergence, waves, rolls, twists, inversion and quiet stillness. This practice of "Waterdance" offers a freedom beyond what can be experienced on land

Bobbi Courtney, MSW, OCP is a Somatic Integrative Psychotherapist, Reiki Master, certified Tui-Na Body Therapist, Certified Flower Essence and Aromatherapy Practitioner, and certified Aquatic Integrative Therapist. She also has extensive training in Continuum Movement, Em'oceans and Sensation, and Quantum Energetics. Bobbi is the co-author of the book, Nalu: The Art and Science of Aquatic Fitness, Bodywork and Therapy. Bobbi has been preparing custom blended flower, gem and essential oil infusions for her clients for many years to support their growth and transformation. Her therapeutic work is designed to support personal growth and transformation of all her clients.
